1. Overview

Quiet Cairn is an independent guidance practice offering structured reflective sessions online via written dialogue and Google Meet.

Quiet Cairn is operated by Damon Blankovskyi, a sole trader based in the United Kingdom.

By booking a session, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

2. Nature of Service

Quiet Cairn provides reflective guidance using symbolic systems such as Tarot, Numerology, Runes, and Dream interpretation.

Sessions are intended for personal insight and reflection. This is not therapy, medical treatment, or psychiatric care. Where a situation requires licensed therapy or medical intervention, the practitioner may recommend you seek appropriate professional support.

The service does not constitute:

• Psychological therapy
• Medical treatment
• Psychiatric services
• Financial or legal advice

Clients remain responsible for their own decisions.

3. Eligibility

You must be 18 years or older to book a session.

4. Booking & Payment

All requests are reviewed individually before acceptance. Submission does not guarantee that your request will be accepted. The practitioner reserves the right to decline a request where it falls outside the scope of the service or where the practitioner determines they are not the right person to assist.

If your request is accepted, you will be contacted via your chosen method. Payment is processed securely via Stripe. Where prepayment is selected, a secure Stripe link will be included with your confirmation. Where payment is to follow the session, the link will be sent once the reflection has been delivered.

A booking is confirmed only after payment is received where prepayment applies, or after mutual agreement where payment follows the session.

5. Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations more than 24 hours before the session: full reschedule.
• Less than 24 hours notice: non-refundable.
• No-shows are non-refundable.

Written sessions begin at the agreed time slot.

6. Confidentiality

All sessions are treated as confidential.

Information will not be shared unless required by law.

7. Limitation of Liability

Quiet Cairn is not liable for:

• Decisions made by clients
• Indirect or consequential loss
• Emotional or financial outcomes

8. Changes

These Terms may be updated periodically.

Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
